Laurel highway, you will already see the Mercado hospital on the right side. This private hospital provides various medical services and staffed by a team of professional physicians round the clock. A couple of meters away on the same stretch of road, there is the C.P. Reyes hospital, another private medical center that can provide you and your family with the kind of care that you need.
If you have school-aged children, you need not worry about schools because there are plenty of them within a 3-kilometer radius. There are literally dozens of public elementary and secondary schools dotting the immediate neighborhood. Now if you wish to enroll your children in private schools, you also have a choice between a dozen or so schools available in the immediate area.
You might think that since you will be living in the province, your shopping choices will be extremely limited but that is not really the case. In the past couple of years, there have been a lot of changes that happened in the city – one of which is the influx of the big shopping mall chains. Within minutes from the main gate of Amare Homes, you will find yourself in front of SM City Sto. Tomas, Robinson’s Mall and WalterMart. So it will not matter if you are looking for high-end consumer goods, or just thinking of going grocery shopping, everything you will need or want is well within your reach when you live in Amare Homes.
Now, if you are thinking of visiting Metro Manilaor any other part of Luzon for that matter, you only need to take a short tricycle ride into the Sto. Tomas town proper, and go to the Turbina Bus Terminal. This is where you will find different bus companies that ply different routes going to various destinations in Luzon. For instance, if you are going to Metro Manila on business or just planning to visit, buses from the terminal leave every thirty minutes, twenty-four hours a day. So even if you will be coming back home late in the evening, you can be sure that there are buses that are ready and waiting to give you a ride.
Living in the province is not as rural as it was a couple of decades ago. These days, plenty of companies have seen the potential of investing in the provinces in the outskirts of Metro Manila, so you can expect Tanauan City to grow exponentially in the next couple of years.
